About the Role
Orchard Professional Solutions Ltd are pleased to be working with a market-leading wood manufacturer based in New Holland, North Lincolnshire, who are looking to recruit Production Operatives to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business offering training, overtime opportunities, and the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the production of wooden products
- Operate automatic machinery and saws
- Follow job plans and production instructions accurately
- Ensure production targets and product quantities are met
- Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
- Work safely and follow all site Health & Safety procedures
- Use initiative and work effectively within a team
Shift Pattern
Rotating weekly shifts:
- Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00 Monday to Thursday 06:00 – 13:00 Friday
- Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00 Monday to Thursday 13:00 – 20:00 FridayRequirements
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Must be able to travel to New Holland, North Lincolnshire
- Reliable with a good work ethic
- Ability to work towards production targets
