We’re supporting a local authority with an urgent requirement for an experienced interim professional specialising in schools funding.
Key focus areas include:
- Modelling the impact of SEND reform changes
- Strengthening monitoring of High Needs spending
- Developing robust policies around budget deficits across education providers
This is a senior, hands-on role working alongside an established team, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and delivering clear, practical recommendations.

📍 Hybrid – occasional on-site presence required
⏳ Initial 6-month contract (potential to extend)
💷 Up to £750/day (Umbrella)
