We're looking for a skilled and motivated Access Engineer to join a fast-growing business delivering high-quality access control and automated gate solutions across the region.
If you've got experience with gate automation, intercoms, barriers, or access systems and want a role where your hard work is genuinely rewarded - this could be the perfect next move.

What You'll Be Doing
🔧 Installing, servicing, and commissioning:
- Automated gates
- Intercom systems
- Barriers & access control systems
🔧 Diagnosing and repairing faults on:
- Gate automation systems
- Control panels
- Audio/video intercoms
- IP-based entry systems
🔧 Carrying out:
- Planned maintenance
- Emergency breakdown call-outs
- System upgrades and equipment replacements
🔧 Reading wiring diagrams and technical drawings to deliver high-quality installations safely and efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within access control, gate automation, or security systems
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Professional attitude with excellent customer-facing skills
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
